Jazz nights at Lulu’s: solo jazz guitar from Amsterdam

Lassi Friman is a Finnish jazz guitarist currently living in Amsterdam. His active bands at the moment are Lassi Friman quartet and Bäckström/Friman/Jensen. In addition to this he has played with various groups, big bands and accompanied singers. For solo jazz guitar performances he has a wide repertoire of standards from American songbook and jazz classics which he likes to interpret with respect for the original composition, simultaneously exploring something new and personal.
